Who we are

What we collect

• Booking details you enter: name, phone number, email, event date, pickup time, and items rented.
• Messages you send us by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email.
• Signed rental agreements.
• Basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics are turned on for the site.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a payment confirmation and your billing details from Stripe.

How we use it

• To confirm, prepare, and complete your rental.
• To contact you about your booking, changes, weather, or safety issues.
• To keep records, handle disputes and claims, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help run the business, such as Stripe for payments, our website host, our email provider, and WhatsApp for messaging. We may also share information when the law requires it. The page also embeds Google Maps, which may collect data under Google's own policy.

How long we keep it

Booking and agreement records for about 4 years, then we delete or anonymize them, unless the law requires longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. We may keep what we need for legal or tax records.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Children

The site is for adults booking on behalf of families. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
